Kibitz
Commentary from a non-playing observer during an ongoing Go game.
Kibitz is commentary made by a spectator or another non-playing observer while a Go game is in progress. An observer may comment on the position or a move, discuss possible variations, or suggest moves, either aloud or through an online chat.
Kibitzing lets observers discuss the game, share analysis, and offer reactions or instruction to one another. It is different from a move made by either player and from formal post-game analysis: it takes place during the game and comes from outside the game itself.
Because comments can distract or influence the players, kibitzing may be limited by the etiquette of a playing room or an online Go server.
