Rengo

Rengo, also known as Pair Go, is a form of Go played by two-player teams. The teammates on each side take turns placing stones for their team, following a fixed rotation throughout the game. Each move is made by one teammate, so the board position reflects the decisions of both players rather than a single individual.

Unlike ordinary Go, each side is controlled by two alternating players. This makes Rengo a social, team-based form of play that emphasizes coordination and is often used in competitions and teaching settings.
